What type of printing process is used on your apparel?

We use DTG (Direct to Garment) but is sometimes referred to as digital garment printing, digital apparel printing, and Inkjet to garment printing. DTG printing is a process of printing graphics onto textiles and garments.  It uses modified inkjet technology which uses ink made specifically for fiber.

How should I care for my shirts? Will they shrink?

The best way to care for your shirts is to turn them inside out and machine or hand wash them on cold in separates. Since all of the shirts have some percentage of cotton, they will tend to shrink a little after being washed and dried. For the least shrinkage, dry on low or hang dry.

What brands do you print on?

T-shirts & tanks are printed on American Apparel. All other designs are printed on a mixture of soft slim fitted cuts.

Shipping: How Long before I get my stuff?

Please allow 2 – 4 days for fulfillment and 1-3 days for shipping. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note: we can’t ship to military addresses. There are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Items are usually processed and shipped within 2 – 4 business days. In cases of high order volume, it may take a bit longer. A Tracking email will be sent automatically to the email address entered when your order was placed. Paypal can sometimes have alternate email addresses and shipping addresses saved, so keep that in mind. International orders can take up to 3 – 5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. The tracking for international orders will not update once the package leaves the U.S., but please do not worry as the order is still on its way and we beg of your patience.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to almost every country around the world. Again, remember that orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

Do you accept exchanges?

We do not accept exchanges unless of an error in shipment on our behalf, or items are incorrect, defective or damaged. All items are custom made after purchase. For that reason, we cannot accomodate size change requests.

– Exchange requests must be made within 7 days after merchandise is delivered.
– Exchanges are ONLY granted if item(s) are incorrect, defective or damaged.
– No exchanges will be made on items that are damaged due to your error.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchanges for international customers are not offered due to the costs of shipping internationally, so be sure to order correct sizes for your item.

When returning merchandise, please use a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase if available.
